1. Acceptance of terms

By using CAIVenhancer ("the Service") you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. AI legal disclaimer

CAIVenhancer uses generative AI to rewrite, restructure, and assemble CV content. AI models can hallucinate, fabricate, exaggerate or misrepresent facts — including job titles, dates, employers, qualifications, and achievements.

You are solely responsible for reviewing every word of any output before sending it to an employer, recruiter, institution or third party. We do not warrant that the output is accurate, truthful, complete, lawful, or fit for any purpose.

If the AI invents, embellishes or misstates anything about your background and you submit that output anywhere, CAIVenhancer is not liable for any loss, damage, reputational harm, rejected application, withdrawn offer, disciplinary action, or legal consequence that results.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the CV content you provide. You confirm you have the right to submit it and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to create knowingly false credentials, commit fraud, or impersonate another person.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which may be zero).
